FAQ's
How do I sign up now?Go to the registration page and select your camp. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions. You can pay with all major credit cards, or check, online via Pay Pal. Once we've received your registration information, you'll be registered! Remember, camps often sell out. Register early!
Is there a diet program included?
Who wants to go on a "diet?" You will receive Nutrition Information and support from your trainer throughout camp, to help you understand how and what to eat, to optimize your success. We recommend sound, balanced eating heavy with vegetables, fruit and lean protein.
What will I get out of it?
Unlimited boot camp training instruction, dramatic improvements in your physical well being and self-confidence, increased strength and endurance, loss of inches, a firmer body, motivation and inspiration from your coach and fellow campers as well as four weeks of fun, energizing activities and nutritional advice to speed your progress!
What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of 5 - 12 lb. hand weights, bands, and an exercise mat. We recommend something thicker than a yoga mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry yourself, and workout gloves.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate depending on your effort level. It's part of the process that lets you create conditioning! Don't focus on the discomfort. Focus on the fact that your body is responding, and you are getting results! We shake it up so the workouts don't get stale, and your body doesn't completely adapt.
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. Visual Improvement can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different! It's not a competition, so focus on your individual results. Feeling better is the first step to looking better. You'll feel better right away. Stay off the scale and focus on eating well and making the most of your time at boot camp.
What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Some just need a little push to jump-start their fitness and wellness program. Some are athletic and want to improve their strength and speed. Some are beginners. We accommodate all ages and fitness levels, although some basic exercise experience is necessary to ensure proper safety and flow of class.
Is there a refund policy?
There are no refunds, but if for some reason you cannot attend camp as planned, we can offer you a credit of future boot camp sessions. If during mid-camp you cannot continue due to circumstances beyond your control, we will credit you for unused sessions from the date we are notified in writing.
What is a typical day like at camp?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, cardio intervals, weight training, obstacle courses, core training, MMA (mixed martial arts) exercises, plyometrics, and body weight exercises each week. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability." You will enjoy a unique fitness experience from the top trainers in the industry and specially certified to run the boot camps.
What happens if it rains?
We will still have boot camp at our normal location and times even if it is raining, snowing, sleet etc. There will be NO makeup’s scheduled for unsafe conditions (i.e. hurricanes, lighting storms, fire in the area, tornado warnings, etc.) These are some of the considerations that go along with an outdoor fitness boot camp. Our first priority will always be your safety.
